Our sessions come in three forms:
RIDE
Our high energy indoor cycling sessions are about you, your bike, and the beat. We create the perfect environment for you to get lost in your zone, blast away the calories, enhance your heart and expand your lungs.
SCULPT
Strength training does not mean bloated, bulky physiques. It doesn't have to mean strain and weight-gain. Using your own body as resistance, our functional strength classes sculpt lean, strong, useful muscles. We don't isolate, but combine. The body is one piece. We progress movements towards control and complexity. Using compound, organic movements; these classes will set fire to your metabolism and you will continue to burn calories long after you have completed your class. You will reshape and rebalance the natural beauty of your body. Train your body as it has evolved to be: Strong, lean, physically capable and ready for anything.
MOVE
Can you move? These classes will redefine that question for you. Movement practice is an essential part of enjoying your body to the full. Bullet proof your joints, realign your posture and relax your body and mind. The class opens the door to the full capacity of human movement. You will stretch, strengthen, mobilise and even invert yourself through our combinations of Yoga, Pilates and Primal Movement.

Our onsite cafe makes fresh, hydrating healthy food daily.
Our menu is focused on healthy, energising brunches, fresh smoothies, wellness lattes and post workout raw snacks.
The menu is free from refined sugar, additives, preservatives and processed ingredients with gluten free and vegan options.
